RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, www.readyforrain.com allows replacement of orders or payment refunds.
RETURN BASED ON CUSTOMER CHOICE
To cancel an order, please send an email to info@readyforrain.com within 7 days of purchase. Indicate your invoice number, complete item descrption (style name and size) and reason for return. You should expect a reply to your email within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response, please call us at our customer support hotline +63917-8175843 or +632-2164073. We will issue a unique returns number which should be quoted in all future communications. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an email record.
1. If you cancel a day before the ship out date, you will receive a refund equal to 95% of the total amount. The 5% will be used to cover charges from the credit card companies we work with.
2. If you cancel after ship out, you will receive a refund of 90% of the total amount once the goods have been returned to our warehouse at your expense. The 90% will be used to cover packing and delivery charges of the initial shipment.
RETURN DUE TO PRODUCT ISSUES
We are committed to providing quality raingear. If you receive a product with defects, we will gladly replace it for you at our expense. Please read our warranty terms at the end of the page.

Readyforrain.com will pay for all appropriate shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect products that are returned. We will determine the method and and type of shipping in returning the replacement of the merchandise. Rest assured, we will chose the best and most convenient option for you.
REPLACEMENT
We do exchange products due to incorrect sizing, pending availability of stocks.To request for a replacement, please send an email to info@readyforrain.com within 7 days of purchase.

We will issue a unique exchange number which should be quoted in all future communications. Absolutely no exchange will be accepted without email notification. For replacements, the customer will shoulder all shipping expenses, both to and from our warehouse.
We will only accept unused and undamaged items for replacement.
PACKING REQUIREMENT
When packing and sending your merchandise due for return or replacement, include a note with the following information:
• Date of original order
• Order number and Returns number
• Items being returned
• Reason for return
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders lost due to incomplete or erroneous address provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and will not be eligible for a refund. The customer will shoulder the cost of shipping the item to the correct destination. For undeliverable packages due to our or our courier’s fault, we will shoulder all related costs to ensure the replacements will be sent immediately.
MISSING ITEMS
Missing items must be reported immediately via email or phone. Www.readyforrain.com reserves the right to deny claims of missing items based on the results of our investigation.
WARRANTIES
BrightCloud Inc warrants that the goods are free from defects at the time of dispatch. The company accepts no responsibility for products damaged by misuse or lack of care (see our FAQs on Product Care). Occasionally rubber rain gear may contain blemishes in pattern print which occurs during manufacture. This will not affect the overall performance of the item and does not constitute a defective product and therefore will not entitle the Customer to a refund. |
