When did Plueys start? Plueys started out as an independent label in early 2000. Its unique designs, usually launched wintertime in the US, have attracted a small but growing base of followers. BrightCloud Inc. brugh Plueys to Manila in August 2007.

What’s so special about Plueys? Each of our designs are inspired by places around the world. Our boots are meant to ‘take you places’ - fashionable Paris, preppy Florida, funky Japan - even just in your imagination. Plueys also come in limited quantities; production is limited to less than 1000 pairs of each design.

When do I wear my Rain Skimmers?Rain Skimmers can be worn a number of ways, the only limit is your imagination! You can wear Kelly or Vicki out on dates, and Nola or Audrey for the office! They are light enough to take anywhere--packed in your bag or stored in your car just in case--you never know when it's going to rain these days! These are perfect for rain showers or for strolling just after the rain.

What is my+brolly?My+brolly are one-of-a-kind hand-painted umbrellas. They come in limited quantities (only 25 pcs per design). They are made by a local artist who is also a wheelchair-user.
Why is it so expensive?My+brolly umbrellas are made by hand, each one takes about a day to make! We are selling them to raise funds for building the 5th Wheelmobile in the Philippines. The Wheelmobile Project was initiated by by COFFI, Inc. (www.coffi.net), to transport people in wheelchairs to work or to school.

What are galoshes? Galoshes are footwear made of rubber meant to be worn over your regular shoes, hence they are more often called overshoes. They are used to keep the feet warm, provide protection and traction against water, mud, or cold.
How do I use overshoes?Overshoes are designed to be put on and removed as needed. Wrap your shoes with the overshoe prior to wearing your shoes. Tingley rubber overshoes are made of waterproof durable but high-stretch rubber for easy on and off.
